Welding cable is a heavy-duty, highly flexible electrical cable designed to transmit high currents from a welding machine to the electrode, built to withstand extreme heat, abrasion, oil, and chemicals in tough industrial environments like fabrication shops, construction sites, and shipyards, featuring fine-stranded copper conductors for consistent power flow and durable rubber or synthetic insulation (like EPDM/HOFR) for protection and flexibility. Key features include excellent durability, resistance to flexing, and ratings for high temperatures and currents, with sizes specified by AWG or square millimeters (mm²) for different amperage needs, ensuring safe and reliable arc welding.

A MIG welding torch (or gun) is a hand-held tool that feeds consumable wire electrode and shielding gas to the welding arc, serving as the primary interface for Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW). It features a handle with a trigger, a contact tip, a nozzle, and a flexible cable assembly, designed to provide consistent, high-quality, and efficient welding on various metal types and thicknesses.
Tig Welding Torch

| Switch Type | Without Switch |
| Application | Mild Steel |
| Country Of Origin | Imported |
A TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) torch is a handheld device used in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) to create precise, high-quality welds by directing an electric arc from a non-consumable tungsten electrode while shielding the weld pool with inert gas (typically Argon). It consists of a handle, torch body, nozzle, collet, and electrode, often featuring, or gas-cooled (air-cooled) for portability or water-cooled for high-amperage, continuous duty.

Our one-piece nozzles are a single piece of solid copper, which provides for maximum cooling. This is always recommended for acetylene and for other fuel gases when heat exposure is unusually severe. Our two-piece nozzles are recommended for high efficiency with fuel gases other than acetylene.
Gas Flashback Arrestors
| Gas Type | Oxygen |
| Mounting Position | Torch Mounted |
| Arrestor Type | Dry Type |
| Connection Size | 1/4 inch BSP |
| Flow Capacity | High Flow |
| Non Return Valve | With NRV |
| Body Material | Brass |
| Indicator | Without Indicator |
A flashback arrestor is a critical safety device used in gas welding and cutting to stop dangerous reverse flow of flame or gas back into hoses and cylinders, preventing explosions and protecting operators by containing or extinguishing the flame with components like non-return valves, sintered filters (flame arrestors), and sometimes thermal cut-off valves. They are installed at regulator outlets or on torches to provide multi-layered protection against flashbacks.
Mig Welding Torch 24kd
| Cooling Type | Air Cooled |
| Wire Diameter | 0.8 mm |
| Torch Rating | 250 A |
| Duty Cycle | 35% |
| Cable Length | 3 m |
| Connection Type | Euro |
| Gas Type | CO2 |
| Application | Mild Steel |
A 24KD MIG torch is a popular, versatile, gas-cooled welding torch for medium-duty industrial, fabrication, and automotive work, known for its ergonomic design, durability, and compatibility with standard consumables, providing stable arcs for welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel with CO2 or mixed gases, often rated around 250 amps.
Mig Welding Torch Liner
| Cooling Type | Air Cooled |
| Wire Diameter | 0.8 mm |
| Torch Rating | 150 A |
| Duty Cycle | 35% |
| Cable Length | 3 m |
| Connection Type | Euro |
