A PUG cutting machine is a portable, semi-automatic, motor-driven flame-cutting machine designed for high-precision straight, circular, and bevel cuts on ferrous metal plates using oxy-fuel (acetylene/LPG). Featuring a die-cast aluminum body and running on a specialized track, it is essential for fabricators requiring accurate, consistent, and smooth cutting of steel.

A plasma torch head is the critical, heat-resistant, and consumable component of a plasma cutting system (e.g., P80, PT31) that generates a high-temperature (up to 40,000F) arc to slice conductive metals like stainless steel and aluminum. It features a robust, often insulated, body, holding consumables (electrode, nozzle, swirl ring) that use air pressure (\(4.3\)–\(5.5\) bar) to create and focus the plasma.
